The following are steps to change the date of a transaction:
- If modifying the date of a previously created transaction, edit the transaction that you wish to change the date on.
- For invoices, orders, or quotes, select the Line Items tab and
right click on line items grid. For service orders, select the Jobs tab
and right click on the Jobs grid.
- Select the change date entry from the popup menu.
- Change the transaction date to the desired date and click OK.
The change to the transaction date will be made permanent when the modified transaction is saved.
