DBISAM Error 11013, "Access denied to table '<TableName>' or its backup files"
This error usually occurs when an attempt is made to open up a table
that has already been opened up exclusively by another application or
the same application. A table can be opened exclusively only once.
It can also occur when an attempt is made to open up a table for
read/write access that is in a read-only directory or on a read-only
drive and not marked as read-only as an attribute. This error can also
occur when the access rights to the data directory are not set to full
access for a Windows XP or Vista restricted account.
Verify that the path used to access the Atrex data allows for full
access by all users. If accessing a shared network drive, make sure
that the share on the server system is NOT read only and allows for full
access to all users who will be using Atrex.
