Close Atrex on all of the workstations that are accessing the current Atrex database. Using Windows Explorer, find the file DBISAM.LCK in the current Atrex data directory and delete it. This file is a hidden file, so you may need to do a search for this file rather than simply looking at the Atrex data directory.
In addition, please download and install Atrex 11.03 (or higher). Changes to the Atrex 11 package were added in this release to prevent this issue from occuring in most installations. (Applies to Atrex 11.00 through 11.02)
