This error is usually caused by improper versions of the Unicode Script
Processor being installed on the system. The hard part about this error
is that it is usually something that we cannot fix, so a clean install
of Windows is required.
One known cause of this is the Ricoh Print Director software. When this
service is running on a local workstation, it prevents Atrex from
loading the usp10.dll properly through the dependency chain which then
prevents Atrex from loading properly. Stopping this service allows
Atrex to start properly.
