Unable to send PO emails via smtp.gmail.com

We are using Atrex 19.03. Our SMTP server is smtp.gmail.com. We user the application to send our purchase orders, orders, and quotes. As of 2023-10-20, we are unable to send purchase orders from the application. We started receiving an 555-5.5.2 error. 
We confirmed that no settings were changed in the email configuration  The "test connection" function reports no connection issues. We are also able to send test emails without issue. 

Guidance on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

I'm not having any problems sending a test PO via gmail.  Is this occurring with all recipients or just one?

I can replicate the error if the company information email setup has a blank "From" email address.  Make sure that field is populated and you should be able to send.

The test connection function of the email setup was not replicating the actual SMTP send function exactly. The test function has been updated for the next release so that it will catch this issue.
