Mohamed,

With an assemble, the on hand quantity of component stock codes are affected when the assembly is built or broken down.  A sales transaction affects the assembly stock code's on hand quantity.

With a container, the on hand quantity of component stock codes are affected  by sales transactions.  A container stock code is always non-depleting.

To achieve what you are describing, defining the stock code as a container rather than an assemble is an option.
