every time we export, it deletes the Category descriptions

Hi,
 
Everytime we run the eCommerce Import/Export. it's deleting the description for the category in zencart.
 
how do we fix this issue?

The category description in Atrex is included in the export so you will want to populate what you want to see on the web site in this field in Atrex.

I got it, any ways of making this description longer? it's very short.

Yes, it is a user customizable field (Options - Company Setup/Customization - User Defined Fields and Sizes).

No. The Product Name field is set to the same length as it is in the standard ZenCart.

"Options - Company Information/Customization - User Defined Fields and Sizes". Change the category description length there. Save the changes and then run batch processing with exclusive access to implement the changes.
