Unable to process Canadian Debit transactions

Pinpad devices need to be registered with Global Payments in order to process debit transactions.  If you receive any of the following error messages when processing a debit transaction through the  Worldpay/Vantiv Canadian platform:
"Transaction Not Complete - Packet Error from PinPad"
"Transaction Not Complete - No Keys, No Data"
"Transaction not Complete - System Unavailable" when implementing a key change

These errors indicate that the serial number from the terminal device has not been registered with the Global Payments processing network.  Contact Worldpay/Vantiv support to have your device registered with Global Payments to resolve this error.
