Error: BOF or EOF error message is displayed when accessing information.

BOF or EOF error messages are displayed when attempting to add information to the Atrex program such as a new customer, inventory item, or sales transaction.

One or more of the indexes have been damaged.

In most cases, running the Atrex "Options - Batch Processing" functions with the standard default options will correct this issue.

If the problem is not corrected by these steps, please make a backup of your current data and contact Millennium Software for assistance.
