This can occur when someone has turned on the increment scan function in Atrex, which causes Atrex to no longer prompt for item quantity. To turn this off, do the following:
- Start a sales transaction such as an invoice, order, or quote.
- Click cancel at the "Stock Code Entry" window.
- Right click on the white item grid.
- On the popup menu, click on "Increment Scan" to uncheck the option.
- Click Cancel and cancel out of the invoice.
