Atrex 24 Beta

Millennium Software is happy to announce the Atrex 24 beta, with new tools and refinements throughout the package.

Here are a few highlights:

• Workflow Improvements: Save & Continue on quotes, orders and POs, multiple service order deposits, quick selection of recent items from a customer’s history on invoices, orders and quotes, and drag and drop of attachments from email clients into the documents and images areas of Atrex.
• Better email: Email functionality has been enhanced with HTML formatting, including links and embedded images in both message bodies and signatures, along with email templates that can be selected directly from the email window. All outgoing emails are now recorded in messaging history, allowing failed emails to be retried and previously sent emails to be forwarded. Users can also re-authenticate their own Google or Microsoft email accounts directly from the email send function without requiring Edit User permissions.
• AI: We’re dipping our toes into AI with an AI Writing Assistant for rewriting, shortening or polishing notes, emails and descriptions, plus AI-assisted SQL generation for building custom reports.
• Faster performance: Atrex starts up faster, even when offline network printers are present. Transactions save more quickly and reduce database lock times, and working across WiFi or remote connections is smoother.
