The report Reports - Inventory - Non-Movement was added to Atrex 22.

Thanks Mark but in the manual under the section Inventory reports indicates that

NOTE: Since this report is based off of the last sold date items that have never been sold are not

included.

The standard reports are designed to cover those situations that are commonly expected for a business and there always less common or business specific situations.  For those instances, there is the option to customize a report for you needs (https://support.1000years.com/kb/a8/report-customization.aspx) or you can perform one-off queries either directly by going to Reports - SQL Query or Reports - Inventory - Export.
