It is possible to alter the font size on any report and the following link is to an article on report customisation:

With labels, there may be restrictions on the sizes available because of the printer you are using.  Some label printers have only a few supported fonts, but if you are printing to full page labels on a laser printer, there should be nothing other than the label size with which to be concerned.
