ElevateDB Error #601 The table Invoice is corrupt (Error reading rows into cache - size:1936808 Offset: 1936808 Requested: 1256 Actual: 0)

Good evening,

Please I keep getting this message whenever I want to process an invoice. If I click ok, I get another one “ Table Create Error:

Table: arerror

ElevateDB Error #404 An error occurred with the statement at line 3 and column 19 (Transaction error: This operation cannot be performed while the database DirectData has an active transaction (CREATE TABLE arerror)) “

if I click ok again, I get another message “ Error opening arerror: ElevateDB Error #401 The table or view arerror does not exist in schema Default (#401)

please, what should I do?j

The process there does not work as the repair doesn’t happen. And there are no live backups or network as it is only used on one system.

what can I do pls?

I've sent you a direct email with instructions on how to send us a backup of your data. We'll take a look at it and see if it's repairable and give an estimate on the cost of the repair before we incur any charges.
