Couldn't connect a user PC to a licensed 3 User server

The user PC linked to a 3 User license server has issues and nothing was backed up, a new PC is brought to replace the other damage PC, any idea on the steps to link up the user, do I need to delete the user from the server and create another user? Or if possible continue with the old user.

There is no reason you can't use the existing user.  Information on how to configure a client/server configuration is available by pressing F1 on the main Atrex window.  From there look for the entry that says "Network/Multi-User Setup" and follow the cilent/server instructions.
