I know this is an old question but here goes anyways.

 

If you want to use the filters in a somewhat more seamless way, you can make a macro triggered by a hotkey (I use the program autohotkey) to take the text in the search box, cut it, move to the next screen, pull up a filter, and paste the text into that filter. We use this to search on description and it works GREAT.
