Zencart Interface not running

I have just downloaded the latest version of the Zencart Interface on a desktop, but it does not start.  I have restarted the desktop a number of times but still the utility does not start when I run it.

Why would this software not run?

It appears that the executable file was damaged.  A new build has been posted (7.0.0.5) which should resolve the issue.
