Inventory Vendor Code number

Is there a way to export the Vendor Code to a spread sheet to change numbers and import it back in?

Go to Reports - SQL Query, select the table vendcd, click Execute, then under the File menu, select Export Results.

What about getting a listing for all vendor codes for each product where you may be purchasing the product from several vendors?

The instructions above will get you the contents of the vendor codes which can be exported and then opened in excel to get you a complete list of all of your products codes and the specific vendor code for each vendor.

If you need to link information from additional tables or want to change the order of the information, you can press F1 to bring up help for the SQL window and there is a link on that window to the SQL syntax information.
