How do I save a new user report so that it shows up in the selection list?

I edited a current user report to change the orientation and renamed it so I could differentiate it from the previous report that somehow lost its parameters.  When I go to user defined reports, however, it does not appear.

From inside the report designer, select "Report - Properties".  Change the report type to "User Defined".
