Unable to locate report format

Being Fixed
We receive the below error when trying to print an invoice. Where do we check that our reports location is directed to the correct folder?

There is more detail in the response to your support email.  But the short answer to this is that the central location, where the report templates are stored, is most likely pointing to the wrong location.  Use the "Options - Locations - Central Location Setup" to make sure that all users are pointing to the same physical location on the network.  If this gets pointed to the wrong location, the report templates are not available.
