Fortunately, the table in question does not contain any data related to your transactions so a quick fix is to delete the table.  Navigate to your data folder using Windows Explorer and delete all the files with the name ua_data and any extension.  Usually there are only two files, but no matter how many, delete them all. When you next start Atrex, the table is recreated.
