Change Customer on invoice - Millennium Software, Inc

I am using Atrex version 12 and i want to change the customer on a previous invoice but the "Change Customer" option in line items field is not available. I done this before several times but i do not know why this time is not available...

Andreas,

The function is only available when the customer can be safely altered. Examples of when it not available is an invoice that has a posted payment.
